Sourdough pizza dough

Ingredients

250 gr. mother yeast

300 ml. room temp water

10 gr. honey

1/2 tbsp salt

460 gr. OO flower

The Build

  1. Add water to mixer
  2. Add mother yeast to water
  3. Add Honey
  4. Mix together until mix becomes like milk
  5. Add salt, mix to combine
  6. Mix slowly and add flour slowly to combine
  7. Mix 10-15 min. until he mixing bowl is clean
  8. Remove the dough and form a smooth ball
  9. Cover with wrap and let rest for 30-40 min.
  10. Form dough balls and let them rest in the proofing box for 4 hours, or until the balls have doubled in size.
