Corn Pudding

Ingredients
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 cup better (melted)
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn
  • 2 (14.75 oz) cans cream-style corn
  • (optional: freshly grated nutmeg and vanilla )
The Build

Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit

  1. Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. 
  2. Add sugar, milk, and melted butter. 
  3. Add the cornstarch and whisk until fully incorporated.
  4. Add corn and creamed corn. Mix well. 
  5. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Pop it in the oven for one hour at 400 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. Serve either hot or cold.
