Ingredients
- Two Red Oions
- 1 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1tbps brack pepper corns
The Build
- Slice 2 red onions thin, using a mandolin
- Place sliced onions into the pickling jars.
- In a saucepan, mix together Water, Red wine vinegar, Sugar, Salt, pepper corns.
- Bring to a boil and stir unto the suger and salt are disolved.
- Pour mixture over the onions, lid and place in refridgerator.
Optional
For a slightly spicier option, add 1-2 seeded jalapenos.
